Searching for websites where we can post questions...?

such as: Ex; "Wanna design a logo for us?"

It must be a group of adventurous people who love thinking, dreaming up ideas or designs, business proposals...anything" They must be idea gurus and not charging for their services at present.

People with great ideas will also work, you know, the dreamers who have excellent ideas or proposals but never want to or can not follow these dreams themselves.
