with joe horn not playing...is devery henderson an accually starter or does he just come in on a few plays a catches a bomb

He is the saints #3 reciever. He will start with horn out, he is not as good as horn or colston, but he is still a very good reciever. he will get significant playing time this week.= against a very weak redskins defense.

Hope he's a starter 'cause he's on my fantasy team! Anyway, he certainly has shown he can be one with the stats he's put up so far.
