So last night there was a dance at my school. This guy asked me to dance and he ended up putting his hands on my butt, it was a harmless thing but I still didn't feel comfortable with it and didn't do anything. Last night I felt so gilty I almost threw-up so I told my mom. She acted fine about it and told me it is fine to say 'no'. So I feel better, but still have that feeling in my tummy, has anyone done this and felt bad and what can I do to make the feeling of being sick go away? Thanks!

You've really thrown up a red flag you NEED to pay attention to. A guy did something you didn't feel comfortable with, and you didn't say anything. The guilt/illness you feel is because you weren't true to yourself. That is a lousy feeling. Not only did he violate your comfort zone, you kind of violated yourself by not doing anything. Some lessons have to be learned the painful way. Be grateful you have learned it with something that is not going to cause you lasting harm. Here is how to feel better though; resolve to yourself that next time a guy does something you are not comfortable with, you WILL say something. Rehearse some lines to yourself even. When you prepare yourself to honor your own feelings and not allow people to violate your comfort zone you will feel more equipped to face the world. Don't be so hard on yourself, this is great preparation for a time when the violation might be much more damaging. Good for you.

first of all that was very wrong that he did that..I would have told him...I don't like that..please don't do it anymore. And when he did I would have moved his hand right then and there. If he doesn't like you because of that oh well, it's his loss and you'll be much happier..He is telling you right off the bat, that he wants to have sex with you...

Stop blaming yourself. You didn't do it ... he did. In the future, keep a safe distance from him.
