People playing Hip Hop instead of music, I miss music. Hip Hop seems to have infested most radio stations like some sort of noise plague.
Really poor subwoofer jobs where cars rattle and shake like crazy and you hear them from 1/2 a block away making loud pathetic whooshy rattly buzzy noises.
The sound which annoys me the most, not because the sound it self is the most annoying (although it is somewhat annoying) is the sound of the crappy cheap chipset cooling fans dying, as they always do eventually.

A student that I work with makes a sound, like he's talking which he souldn't be doing anyway,and while he's talking
he makes a low kind of whistle threw his teeth. Drives me crazy, Its not loud but you can always hear him doing it.

DOGS constantly barking in my neighborhood. Keeping me awake for days on end makes for a very psychotic ill mannered/angry person.... i've tried earplugs and white noise, dogs are louder & they win. Sanity is lost. Talking with neighbors who are self medicated and don't hear their dogs is like talking with roadkill and gets no action. Police are over worked from incompetent dog owners
