For a new SS card go to your social security office and request one. You may also check online search for social security administration.
Birth Certificate can be purchased from the county/city department of health in which you were born.
The ID you get from your state department of motor vehicles and you will need the birth certificate and social security to get one.

Id can be replaced at the Dept of Motor vehicle office Social Security card through their office with other proof of Id and a birth certificate through the Register of Deeds office at the court house in the county you were born in There is a fee for all except the SS card

If you have a bank account or Library card and or credit cards use those as proof of who you are and apply for new cards. If you remember you SS number that helps even more.

put an add in the paper or ask around and buy some from an illegal immigrant they know where to find it,hell you may get lucky and buy back your own.
