"the more he works the RICHEST he gets? I am not a native. Please, tell me which one is the correct answer. Thanks a lot.

You add-er to adjectives when you are comparing two things. In this case you are comparing two things so it should be richer not richest

It is "richer" and it is not the "more" he works but I think it is the "harder he works" the richer he gets.
