Who likes the music of Kelly Clarkson and why?

I like Kelly Clarksons music, I never really listend to her first album, but since she brought out songs of the Breakaway album i listen to her more often. I like her music because for one thing she can sing and another some of the songs she sings have meaning and i think most people can relate to her music. I think she is a true singer and we need more artists like her.

I first heard Kelly Clarkson when I was in New Zealand last year.
She has a very powerful voice, sings very catchy songs and my daughters (9 and 7) both like her music.

I like it because it's upbeat and fun, and unlike a lot of other pop artists, the lyrics are meaningful. She was a great first American Idol and by far the most successful.

I like some of her stuff. These reality shows are bound to throw up the odd genuine talent every now and again I suppose.

it got good after Miss Independent! on american idol she was pure sap!
now its a glorious album full of pop/rock! you can jump and sing along its brilliant! because of you is a proper tune as is since you've been gone!

She is actually one of a handful of singers that actually have any vocal talent. That's why I like her.
