Some women "just know", it's creepy actually. You won't "know" you're pregnant until you get a +HPT, I've had a couple of scares and the negatives told me I wasn't. And the only sure sign of pregnancy is giving birth.

The point of taking the test is to know if you're pregnant. Until you take it, its uncertain if you are or not, because you dont know.

The sore brest, feeling nauseated, tiredness, sertain foods maynot seem appealing to you anymore. And of course if your missing your period, that's usually a good sign.

two weeks after conception... take a test. sore boobs were my first clue.
