Because he was a better president. He could speak coherently. He got America out of the deficit and we had a large surplus. He did not start a war just for the fun of it. I could go on and on...

because all Bill Clinton was worried about was his reputation and legacy. All Bush is worried about is the betterment of this country.

Because Bush takes tough stances on terrorism. Clinton never made a tough decision. That is why the terrorism grew under him.

clinton is more popular becuae he ruined america, he had the biggest tax hike in american histroy, didnt spend any of the money on america, didnt kill bin laden after he had 10 chances too kill him and he a chacne to imprison him here in the US and he didnt becuase he made up a big lie why he couldnt, and he jsut made everything worse
