It depends on what age you're referring to with "boys."
Are you talking about babies? If so, this is natural. More children are being breastfed (yea for breastfeeding moms!) and they connect with this. Even if not, the breast is a curiosity item.
If you're referring to toddler to elementary school age, it's generally a curiousity, especially as they don't have them.
If you're referring to the "Teen Age," most of it is because of a changing body that the boys aren't completely comfortable with and familiar with (same as with girls) *and* their body has uncontrolled hormones running rampant that the boys have to try and control.
If you're referring to adults, the breasts are a sexual attraction body part. Breasts move when the girl is walking and the human eyes are attracted to movement. Also, the breasts are up front and (in younger girls/females) they are still perky which is a definite 'sex appeal' advertizer. (Perkier breasts represent a healthier/more nubile than say, breasts sagging down to the waist.)

coz they are the sexiest things in the female that attracts the boys very much by first sight and their **** will start raising and get hot. if they got the boobs in to the hand their **** starts squeezing. boys often thing of boobs when they start pumping when they are lonely.

because they think that it is really squishey andmy freind told me that her freind asked a boy wy and he said "because they look really sexy and that if he were to have them than he would play with them all the time." I'm knot a boy so I don't raelly know, and also because they are jelles of us : )

cuz they r boys and have felings. and one guy said girls are attracted to guy *parts* yeah right. we dont judge the by that. i hate how boys judge a girl by her looks, especially her boobs. guys jsut have hormones and they were made that way. and they can control it. but they dont.

Because they are feminine and we are naturally attracted to the opposite sex's "unique" parts. Same goes for girls attraction to male "parts".
