No, if you do not improve your grammar.

Bad grammar and language skills are a sure kill for any job interview. Take care of that first.

Good luck!

No Dipshree. They all are wrong. I have seen the recruitment techniques followed by most of the tier I s/w industries in India. They really do NOT look at the communication skills. Its the general perception of the recruitment team that college passouts do not communicate well in English, be it written or oral and in fact this is an absolute truth. What matters is how these companies groom you upto their standard which they are confident they will achieve it and which they are doing it. What you only need is a good understanding of the theories and some good qualitiative & quantitative analytic skills for which language is no bar, the fact which the recruting team are aware of.

Communication skills play an important role for BPOs and even here that restriction is not there for non-voice jobs. You only have to worry about it when you are an experienced professional. But you wont be spared when you get into the corporate world. If you dont speak or right English after proper training, you are doomed, seriously.

Best of lock (luck) for yobur (your) carieer (career) !!! :D

Be confident and believe in yourself, because nobody else will if you don't. Prospective interviewers can discern and detect if you are confident or not.
