Well considering it will probably take him about a week just to eat one I guess I'd just offer him a glass of cold milk and then sit down and join him.

First, I would be very, very, very surprised, since giant sloths have been extinct for a long time. Then I'd wonder how it could fit in my kitchen. I have a small kitchen, and giant sloths are very large. Then I'd make sure I'm not dreaming. If I'm actually not dreaming, contact the biology or palaeontology department of a local university.
