Should be a sticker on the door pillar, or in the glove box, or in the manual. The pressure on the tyre sidewall is the maximum that tyre is approved to, nothing to do with it's use on your car.

Normally you should inflate car tyres to somewhere around 28PSi, but it differs depending on car and whether it's a front tyre or a back tyre. As said above, check the B pillar of the car when your front doors are open, there should be something there to tell you, or just read your car's user manual.

Open the drivers door and look down near the bottom hinge. There should be a sticker there showing the pressures in BAR. Most garage gauges have PSI and BAR.

The tire should also tell you MAX air pressure, so look at the sidewall of the tire also.
Some tire makes go from 35-44psi for car tires.
