On my way back from work I popped into a local Post Office and there was this portable (Alba) DVD player for £25 . Will be a great gift for a bloke. Just an idea. :)

I know what I'd want. Givenchy after shave from boots. It is REALLY NICE !!! It smells like vanilla with a hint of honey, all the girls love it when i wear it. It might be 30 pounds though I can't remember.
It comes in a pyramid shaped (triangular base) bottle and is a golden coloured liquid.

If he's got an iPod and a car, you could get him an FM transmitter for the iPod so it'll work on his car stereo without cables. Should get one from Amazon for 25 Quid! Now legal in the UK too.
