If only!
No. The oldest woman to ever live was a french lady who lived until she was 127 years old though I don't recall what her name was. But no one has ever lived until the age of 300 that is documented in hisory.
Perhaps she meant Lady Jane Grey who lived for nine days as a queen before being beheaded? - she apparantly walked around with her head under her arm and haunted the village of Astley for many years later and so her spirit or ghost made her very old?
I think it is possible for people to live until they are 150 if they are very healthy in the future, but no one has ever lived for as long as 300 years that history knows of. People live until they are in their mid nineties nowadays because they are a lot healthier, but in the past, people died quite young. and as young as 40 in medieval times.
Life expectancy cannot reach 300 when the human physical body deteriorates after the age of 70 and why many people do not make it through to being 100 years old. All of the organs and the skeletal frame begin to die from 70 onwards and why people in old age have natural ill health - they are dying and why they get arthritis and other things. Your sister isn't telling you the truth even if she would like to beleive that people could live for as long as 300!
Most people are lucky if they ever make it to 100 and no one, has ever lived until 300.
She needs to provide the evidence of there being a queen of 300 years old because without any evidence, she cannot be right. The oldest queen to live was a mycean queen in the early third century BC and she was 110 - that was the oldest queen ever to live in history.

I don't think you can live to be 300.....well not very recently. People in the Bible lived to be really, really old. I haven't heard of a woman that was the queen of england living to be 300.

Roughly 15yrs ago on an American talk show, a person was on the show and claimed that the person in the wheelchair was in fact 300yrs old. They even had the original birth certificate. Although, other than that, the oldest I have heard of is 116
