I assume you mean cells in Biology, otherwise in terms of Prison cells that is known as a Joint.
Well There are Degrees of cemplexity that creates an organism, so here it goes...
Atoms (Neutrons, Protons, Electrons)< Molecules (H2o, O2)< Macromolecules(Proteins, Lipids, Carbohydrates, Nucleic Acids)
So that is how Organisms are made up, To answer your Question, a group of cells are called Organ Tissues. I hope that this really helped you.

A group of cells is called a TISSUE. A group of tissues is called an ORGAN. A group of organs is called an ORGANISM. Hope this helps (the capitals was just to make it clear, not to patronise you :))
