I'm really lonley.I don't know how to make friends,very shy.?

my life is becoming misrable.I just need one friend,even one.I have friends that are from afar,but i need closer friends.& my only problem is shyness,I"m pretty & as far as I've been told I've got sweet caracters.so how do I become self confident & then make friends.

Well for one you need to start talking to people and don't worry about how they will act toward you. SOme people are funny and will act like wow she can speak and some wil be rude but that's part of growing up. Just go up to someone and say Hi and start talking with them. And if you can stand another friend, I want to be one, just IM me or e-mail me anytime.

You need to meet people who have similar interests. Do you like to read? Go to the library. Do you like animals? Go to the zoo. You'll bump into people - who are less shy than you - who will approach you to talk. If you're in a familiar surrounding, you'll have no problem being yourself, and feeling confident. There's always people who think like you do - and if they're shy, they're at home wondering when they'll find a friend too. You are not alone.

hey, it sounds like u need to give urself that confidence u need. when u start feeling good about urseld u can do the same 4 others and they'll start to hang out with you more, then become ur friend. i know from experience. now i have more friends than i can count & i'm good at math
