No. Pokemon is owned by Nintendo and has only been published on Nintendo systems.

Because it is one of their most profitable IPs, the only way it will end up on a system made by another company would be if Nintendo stopped making game systems all together. Given their success with the Gameboy and DS franchises, this is very unlikely.

anyway... there are not any pokemon games for sony or microsoft because nintendo has bought all rights for pokemon games.

Instead, ask yourself: "Is there any reason that I should like pokeman?" And if you're brave enough: "Shouldn't I've know that pokeman was owned by Nintendo?"
