My period isnt late and i just got over the stomach flu but i bled for one day and it was a week before my usual period. Could i be pregnant?

It could be, but there is always a chance that it couldn't be too. Wait til your period and take a test, if you were, it wouldn't show up yet. Good luck with the outcome, I hope you get whichever you want.

you could be are you feeling any other symptoms? if so go to the doctors, i need spotting can be one of many signs and doesn't nessecarily mean your pregnant but doesn't rule it out either

If you have unprotected sex then you could be pregnant. The spotting means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
