The best way to get pregnant is to chart your cycle so you know when you are most fertile.
Take and recond your temperature evrry morning when you wake up. It will rise when you ovulate (Around the middle of your cycle) and will stay higher until your next period. Once released your egg remains vaible for fertilisation for just 12-24 hours.
Keep an eye on your mucus too. It will become stretchy like egg white as you approach ovulation. Sperm can survive for up to 5 days in this most fertile mucus.
I wouldn't waste money buying OPK's as your body can tell you for free when you are ovulating! When trying to conceve it is recommended that you have intercourse every other day during the week before you ovulate and then for a day or two after.
I am so sorry that you lost your baby. I have had two miscarriages and know exactly how painful this is. Don't lose hope though, you will be blessed with another child.
There is a charity called LIFE UK which runs a very sucessful fertility programme that I think you should check out too.
Good luck!

Come on babe calm down,You will get your baby when you have stopped grieving for the one that you lost,You know that you are able to conceive as you have had a pregnancy before,And it will happen again when the time is right.I promise,Just take a break from worrying as to why you have not gotten pregnant yet,and concentrate on the coming Christmas and New year.I,m sure that you will be back on questions in the new year telling us all that you are pregnant. All the best to you my darling your new year is going to be great.xxx

I was told I was infertile and prescribed a drug called Clomid. It is given to sterile women trying for a baby, but carries the risk of multiple birth. I had a lively little baby girl after taking it, followed by a boy. A rea; 'miracle' drug!

If your period is bang on date and you know the day you are going to get it each month, then you should know that 14 days before your period arrives is when you ovulate. So 3 days before the day you ovulate, start trying every alternate day (trying everyday is not going to help, your guy needs time for sperm build up and whatever he has sent inside of you will stay alive in the meantime). Make sure to have a soft (yet supportive) pillow below your hip to tilt you a little before doing 'it'. Please go to sleep that way for a little amount of time before you remove the pillow and settle into the night. Relax and PLEASE think of the action happening and enjoy it. The more you stress out, the more upsetting things get. Hope things work out well :-)

Checking cervical mucus can tell you when your fertile...here's the site for that
http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/cervical-mucus.html
Checking your cervix. You need to scroll down some cause the first part we have covered already
http://www.womenshealthlondon.org.uk/leaflets/cycle/cyclechanges.html
Using ovulation predictor kits (these can get expensive....(I recommend ordering them in bulk on line or using the dollar tree)
I also recommend this book

If you have a 28 day cycle then you are likely to ovulate around the 14th day after your period. You would want to have sex before during and after this time! Have sex every other day cause everyday will lower his sperm count!

if nothing is wrong, then you dont need drugs,,,, i suggest trying to relax, focus on other things, and give it a year to a year and half,,, i know thats hard to do, but worry and nervousness will not help, in fact it can make you so tense it interferes with your cycle,,,,,
if within two years you havent conceived, see a specialist
