Tough call and would also be dependent on the decade "Rapper's Delight", the original Grandaddys of Rap. For the '90's would have to say Coolio had the best raps. For this decade would be songs, a 3 way-tie, between Little Jon, Nelly and Outkast.

I'm a hiphop fan and their's lots of them that i can name, but my favorite rap song is probably "We Fly High" by Jim Jones. BALLINN!!!!! that's my joint right there!
