The WTO is not a dream shattered. As they always say, if there's a will there will always be a way. The dream of seamless global trade will not go away just because the Doha round has collapsed. It will only be a matter of time that the derailed train will be put back on its tracks. Of course, it will only materialise if a win-win result is achieved among the first world and developing countries.

It certainly shattered mine! I have such fond memories of visiting my daughter in Manhattan on 42nd St/Ave? I'd go to work with her and then spend my day wandering around Battery Park City. Taking pics was such a joy as every corner turned, brought new light on bldgs.

I doubt that any company would want to put their work concentrated into one bldg like that again. That was another era--one of dreams and safety. We have to learn to dream with new constraints now--as this danger is not going to go away.
