You can also take Benadryl, that helps with the cold symptoms that have to do with your nose.

Pregnant.
None. You can take plain tylenol, and regular tussin, no letters after the word "tussin".
Nasal spray squirted in your nose and down your throat ever so little a bit, will clear it up faster than anything anyway.
NEVER and i do mean NEVER take anything that has a decongestant, or a cough supressant in it. All cold medications were removed from the safe list a couple years ago. Theyre very unsafe for the unborn.
These medications include things like sudafed, niquil, tylenol cold and sinus, and things like that.

I am in the same boat, I called my dr. and they said that i can take sudafed, tylenol cold, robitussin, you cant take the robitussin dm, but just plain robitussin, also if you are coughing real bad call your dr. Mine gave me an RX for robitussin with kodiene which is safe for you and baby. The sudafed is what is helping me with this cold, but you never know. hope i have been of some help, get to feeling better.

My doc gave me me half strength sudafed during my twin pregnancy.
You could ask your doc about taking a child strength cold/cough medicine, or maybe a good nasal spray if you're stuffy.
Vitamin C drops are good too to help build your immune system, and they can help to soothe a sore throat, although they won't help if you have a bad cough(you will have to get cough drops for that.)
