Look into Law Review articles. There is a Journal of Food Law and Policy at the University of Arkansas that is excellent. If you have access to a service such as Lexis or Westlaw, those are best. You can also do it the old fashioned way! Look it up at your library in the American Jurisprudence 2d encyclopaedia. You may also wish to look at legislation during World War II and at legislation regarding Food Stamps.

The Journal of Food Law and Policy might be a great place to start. A link to their main site is at http://law.uark.edu/publications/journal_of_food_law_and_policy/

I do not know the blue book cite; however, if you should need it, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to ask one of the editors.
