Stage fear is a very difficult thing to manage with.Do you have problems like this? What do you offer to do with this?

Learn to visualize success; believe and expect it. Don't think about things going wrong, but know that they will go right. Visualize yourself doing great from the audience and know how good you are. Work hard and trust yourself

Even if I am not on stage, I get warmer when I start to talk to a group of people (no matter how big or small) at least the first ten to fifteen minutes. I mean I really start sweating. And you can't tell it in my voice or any other way unless the room is hot then you can see the beads on my forehead. If I come prepared, which I usually am not, I am such a procrastinator, I can combat it. . .
