Well u know my skin and hair have always been in good condition, I think it's coz I gobble seaman on a daily basis, I like to think of it as vitamin s. =)

Well if you are part of the Navy then you better have some Seamen or you will be in trouble. Actualy you just wouldn't have a Navy. The Marines are good too and they are usually associated as being with Sea.

Assuming that you mean semen, yes it is. It is very high in natural proteins, with a zero fat content and very low in sugars.
In theory, it is good for the skin when apllied topically, but this currently a subject of mass debate.

he was never really that good as england goalkeeper. but if you mean "semen", i have been telling my girlfriend that its full of protein and vitamins for years, by the way girls its also very good for the complexion when used as a facial peel. ........next !!!!!
