The only time I am not wearing pantyhose is when I am shaving my legs.

I prefer stockings and a garter belt. Pantyhose are way too confining, and if you have to wear them 10 hours a day like I do, stockings are a better option, besides they are way more sexy.

Pantyhose, and all hosiery have a time and place. They are best with skirts or dresses to dress them up, or for work or school if required...
Why do you ask? Are you unsure when to wear them yourself?
