Going blind, whatever the reason: old age, or accidentally, or after an eye disease. That is the worst. I also fear being burried alive. And i hate masks - people who wear them, like clowns and stuff...
As for an animal, or an insect (although this is neither) - i would not like being close to a scorpion. They are the most disgusting creatures.
Oh, and also... i'm afraid of going mad, not being myself anymore, not knowing what i do or who i am.

My SECRET FEAR? Hmmm... I would have to say a plane crashing into my bedroom, or when i'm in the basement the crashing down upon me...then it's alll over!

Throwing up, or being stranded 600 miles from land at sea with 18 foot waves, my contact lenses fell out, and sharks grazing my thighs.
