I'm sorry but, there's no cheats in neopets and club penguin. If you do get one(in the internet), it can be a fake or real one. Fake ones are those messages/posts/bulletins that say "I can get you any item or give lots of np/coins. Just send me your username and password, but you have to have 100,000 np/coins or more so this cheat will work faster". Don't beleive this, Real ones, hmmm...
There aren't, they are just tips or hints.
