My boyfriend and I won't be celebrating the birth of Mithras, but then we are both Celtic. We are celebrating the Winter Solstice and so I'll be honoring/celebrating to Brid and Epona and he'll be honoring/celebrating to Morrgana.

Happy Solstice and Blessed Be!

Virtually everybody because no-one has told the unthinking masses that Dec 25th was only chosen as Jesus' birthday in the fourth century by a conclave of bishops and a Roman emperor, to coincide with the Mithraic festival!

Don't know who he is? who is he? Oh by the way...Jesus was not born on the 25th of December...we don't know when he was born...take a look at the bible...council of nicea made it up around 300 AD. Having said that it is good excuse for a party!
