Going to a Christmas party, black dress, black strappy shoes, diamond earrings and necklace.
What colour nail varnish should i wear??

are you a guy? anyway, if you were a girl, i would wear bright red nail polish on fingernails and toenails

yup i agree with some of the comments.. diamond earrings and necklace is already outstanding. with black you are adding the elegance persona.
The nails...choices would be among- clear varnish with glitters or french manicure, wine or burgundy colours, or do some nail art like sticking rhinestones on clear varnish..
either way i think u are set to partyyy..

i'd dip my fingers in black nail varnish & let the stuff slide down my fingers: but I don't know much about any of these things and if you're a guy is this halloween or lifestyle or...?

I would do a nice red, like OPI's I'm Not Really a Waitress, then topcoat it some sparkle polish, which will tone down the red & add a little glitz.

a nutral colour wuld be best or maybe a silver or gold depending on the type of jewlry. the other option is going to a salon and getting a staright forward french manicure because they alwys lokk great with everything!

black, silver or both or if you want your nails to be the first thing people see red but not advisable.
French Manicure is good if you have good nails

Keep it clear or neutral colours. And natural makeup, not too heavy!! The diamond earings and necklace will jazz you up enough!! Sounds great darling!!

A good french manicure will make you look classy (not that you aren't classy already, of course). If that's too fiddly, deep red will look very vampy.
