There are many sites. A few are www.gayuniverse.com www.outpersonals.com www.gay.com www.chat avenue .com has a gay chat. Yahoo personals. craigslist. There are more i am sure.

Mainly in CT.

But oddly enough some guys are meeting ts/tg/cd in Ct just outside of Ct.

mostly in west hartford area. i have many friends in that area. the whole hartford area is super TG friendly.
