Either you have charisma or you do not. Charisma is a quality of personality and personal energies. It is better to be a good person. People with charisma and glamour often get themselves into hot water. Good people grow into better people and stay that way.

Charisma is a myth. It never lasts because in the first place it is not genuine. There is no consistency either.... sometimes even stupid looking guys seem to get their way around with people. In any case, charisma is 10% inner qualities, 20% exterior pretences and the balance unknown!!

Be yourself! Be simple and try to project your talents and whatever you believe is good in you. If you succeed in making just one person happy, believe me, you are charismatic - and not only to his eyes.

Try as you might, you aren't going to become anything you aren't unless you want to be a farce. Just accept who you are and build on your strengths and be happy with that. When you are your authentic self then you magically have all the strength and insight to develop those weaknesses you individually decide to work on.

Make everything all about other people, not yourself. Ask people lots of questions and make positive observations. Show a lot of empathy and see things from other peoples' point of view.
