That is a very broad question. Speaking only to the federal portion of the question, the 109th Congress appears to have proposed over 395 public laws alone. In any event, if you would like to track a law, specific Senator/Representative, issue, etc. in the Federal Congress a great site to the Public is the Thomas site -- http://thomas.loc.gov/

Do you mean tax laws? You'll have to get that from TurboTax, H & R Block, or someplace like that. There is no way to answer this question here. New tax laws will be out in January 2007.
