I want to get a snow mobile, and would like to know how to get it the cheapest. I don't have much money anymore so I would probably have to make payments. Do you know how I could get one?

don't buy anything on ebay like this. ebay is good for little things, but not automobiles, etc.
if you don't have much money right now, why don't you save your money for emergencies, such as car repair, etc. a snowmobile is not really a neccessary thing to have. if you get a cheap one, then you are asking for problems: engine difficulties, cheap materials, etc. what you want and what you might need can be two very different things. if you HAVE to get one, research the safest ones and look around your area. i don't know where you live.

You can get them pretty much anywhere that sells motorcycles in the summer (assuming you're in a cold weather climate). Most manufacturers have their own lending companies because it means even more revenue for them. Go to your local shop and talk to the sales guy. He'll help you or tell you to save up and come back next year.

Go to the dealer.
Get your best price possible.
Arrange for payment terms.
Or you could steal one.
Or you can have some generous person give you one.
