My young adult sons like World of Warcraft, it's a play online game though, costs $15 a month besides cost of the game ... but they love it.

World of Warcraft is one of the more popular games at the moment, but requires a monthly subscription of about £9 (15 euro?, USD18?) per month. It may also be a little bit TOO addictive. It's just so very good....

For PC, I'd also recommend Sims2; it's more the kind of game you can dip into when you feel like, and you don't feel like you need to be playing it for hours at a time

Elder Scrolls: Oblivion is amazing! NO DOUBT! =) Sweet graphics, amazing music and great game-play. Big adventure... Everything a teen would ever want!
