It is not possible for me to be pregnant, and for the last couple of weeks I've had lower back pain around the area of my kidneys with pressure aimed towards the abdomen. It seems to be worse in the morning and resembles the pressure and pain one would get from severe constipation.I've also had an unsual amount of indigestion, and a"full feeling".I've never been prone to back pain of any kind, and everything else seems normal, even my period. This all started at the same time my period did,but didn't go away when my period did.I am not constipated and although I've been urinating in small amounts only, there's no blood or discoloration. This pain and pressure is very uncomfortable.Any ideas?

You could have a "cold" in your kidneys. It is not uncommon, and can be treated with one prescription. The reason I mention Kidney, is that you say, you are only urinating in small amounts! and that is a usual sign of a kidney problem. See your family doctor and get a "urinalysis", that is a simple test and the results are fast. Don't fool around with any of the remedies suggested here, on this forum, see a doctor.

It really sounds as if you need to see a doctor ~ as soon as possible. You might have an infection that can be easily treated with medication.

A feeling of "fullness" is not a good thing...it's one of the signs of cancer, but if you have a doctor rule that out, you'll have peace of mind.

Best of luck to you.
