i think he will resign with the Bosox they need him because they have no idea what Matzuzaka is going to give them. He has a crazy Knukleball to why wouldn't anyone want him.

Well so far most of the answers I've seen all seem a bit off. The Rangers after signing Gagne have two closers with Akinori Otsuka also in the mix after an impressive season in 2006. The Astros are inclined to stick with the incumbent Brad Lidge. Although Lidge struggled last season, he still possesses some incredible talent and a blazing fastball. The Astros would be hard-pressed to give up on him just yet. If anything the Astros are in the market for another starter, not another closer. As far as the Dodgers go, they were willing to let Gagne walk after the incredible job Takashi Saito did closing out games last season.
My best bet would be that Foulke signs with the Diamondbacks. If I recall correctly he lives near Phoenix and would like to pitch close to home and the Diamondbacks would love to add his veteran presence and big-game experience to their relatively young bullpen and clubhouse. I would say the Diamondbacks would be tops on any list of places for Foulke to land, with the Red Sox being a long shot if they are unable to make a move for another closer in the next month or so.

From everything Ive heard, it looks like he will sign with the Indians. It was said that of the Rangers and Indians, whoever didn't get Gagne would get Foulke. With Gagne going to the Rangers, I would guess Foulke goes to the Indians.

Unfortunately with the amount of injuries he has had in the past 2-3 seasons, Keith Foulke would be welcomed back in Boston, but not as the starting closer. You have to believe that he could be used as a set-up man, but you know they'll have Timlin as one of them. I think it's time for Foulke to leave, and I could possibly see him going to the Dodgers since they have a vacancy for the Closer (Gagne to Rangers).

The Phillies freed up a lot of money and need middle relief.
If they aren't able to work out a trade to get rid of Liber and to bulk up the bullpen, expect them to make a move for Folke. They would either bring Folke in the 8th and Gordon in the 9th or vice versa.

Pap-Matsuzaka doesn't throw a knuckleball. He throws a GYROBALL, but I'm not sure what it does. And I think it's possible he'll sign with the Sox again, because nobody else wants him. But he does want to play near home, somewhere in Arizona.
