No, they are two different words. Here is Merriam-Websters definition of both although I will only put the definitions in regards to sex:
Ejaculation: An act of ejaculating, specifically a sudden discharging of a fluid from a duct.
Orgasm: Intense or paroxysmal excitement; especially an explosive discharge of meuromuscular tensions at the height of sexual arousal that is usually accompanied by the ejaculation of semen in the male and by vaginal contractions in the female.
Needless to say, the two generally go together but are two different responses by the body at the climax of sexual stimulation. Hope this helps.

Most women don't have an ejaculation when they have an orgasm, so no, it's not the same meaning. Ejaculation is expelling fluid.

NO - you can have an orgasm without any ejaculation AND you can have ejaculation without an orgasm through "prostate milking"

no, ejac. is the emission of fluid, is poss to have dry orgasms.
