If you paid through paypal, you can get you money back. However, I would try filing a dispute through ebay first and see what happens. If you cannot get the problem resolved through ebay, then go to paypal and go through their process. Hope this helps!

One time I did and never again, thus far.

Go to Dispute Console located on your My eBay page and click on: Report an Item Not Received or Not as Described
Anytime I buy from eBay, I always look at the sellers Feedback status. If it is below 98, I read the comments left and check to see what the issues were and whether or not resolved. You'll find some people just whine about anything and everything and others have legitimate complaints.

Hi I sell many items on ebay and Custumer service and great communication is the best way to treat our costumers, anyway it looks like the person who sold the item is a non-responsible person. Go to myebay and write down the item # then the amount you paid, then go to home and in the right hand side top corner you will se a live help link. click on it and you will be able to talk to a ebay representative. explain to them about the situation and give them the item # they can help you with that. Unfortunately it takes at least 2-3 weeks for them to return your money. but its better than nothing good luck!

The big sellers can be the worst. If they have sold 10,000 items and have a 97% feedback they have a huge negative feedback. Some you can't get any reply and just get a robot reply when you aSK for help. File claims with Paypal and Ebay.

Sad to hear this... (recalling the days when my ebay account was hijacked)

But not to worry... Most other items are covered up to £120.00 (minus a £15.00 processing fee) with eBay's standard purchase protection program.

The best way to get help is to cantact them "LIVE".
Go to : www.ebay.com
Look for an icon to the top right that say "Live help" (click on it)
and someone will be with you to assist you.

Thats is what I did when I lost my acc...

Hope you will be happy then...
