What kind of coastal garbage is that anyway? California is one of those places with such far out liberal thinking, they almost shouldn't even live on this planet. The smog is probably clouding their brains.
You are a brilliant man, ts. This is what I am always saying. They hold candlelight vigils and protest murderers who have cut up people into little bits and flushed them down the toilet, or raped, murdered and left in the ditch to die, but they kill all of the beautiful, innocent unborn children just for the right of choice? Its very hard to believe, huh?
We need an express lane like Texas has.

They are suspending the death penalty on a techinicality. In my opinion, if the people who brought this issue up to the courts really want to end the death penalty, it shouldnt come down to some rule or guideline discrepancy. I myself am against the death penalty, but to hear that they are "chipping away" at the wishes of the people in the state of california by being nitpicky, instead of convincing the people in the state of california that its just wrong, it really will lead to nothing except wasted time.

Think about it, do you know of a PLEASANT way to execute someone. Shooting, gas, electric chair, hanging, injections, if their trying to find a nicer way do do it, they may have their hands full with that one.
Most scientists would probably say that the fastest and least painful method was the guillotine, but look how awful and graphic of a spectacle that was.

Screw the firing squad, bring back the thumb screw and boot, I would gladly volunteer to be the guy that breaks them on the wheel. Hang drawn and quartering should be shown at halftime on Sunday football.

I think its ridiculous. Why should we care about their pain and suffering? They are on death row for a reason. I would hope they die a painful death full of suffering as their victims did.

State-sponsored murder will not bring that girl back, nor will it stop others from dying in the same manner. We as a people must undergo rapid, radical mental shifting. Societies have existed without rape and murder without resorting to totalitarianism, and I believe we as a species must change NOW before we blow each other to bits.

I just wonder why the hell these liberal whiners are more worried about the murderers than they are about the victims. if they want them to live so bad, why don't they take them into their homes? Some people need to die. Plain and simple.

After their procedural safeguards are used up, they need to die. By the speediest methods possible.
The issue is finding doctors. Then we need to bring back the chair.
