Hello Friend!
Getting higher studies in India is good. Lot of well educated persons working in abroad are only the Indians who had their education only in India. East or west Indian education is best.

It depends. If you in the Top 10 B Schools in India and top technical Institutes in India, then you are availing the best. But Entry requirements in most of them are too high as they are into the top leagues.But the method of teaching and enviornment abroad makes a self-made person, so, it is worth investing overseas, because you get a quality even from the average Universities and Institutes.
Beside that quality of life is also good.Its more of an investment than expenditure.
But, besides all these, how you apply you knowledge gained from any of these sources is more important.

all says DAT abroad is better but this answer is only solved by u bcoz u have to decide DAT u want 2 got job in abroad or in India u want to settle in abroad or in India .abroad degree sometime is not valid in Indian companies they want Indian even government provided degree or diploma then u will be a spare person here u need Indian government's degree.but sometimes the degree of abroad got bonus points and facilitates u to good job immediately.u have to decide DAT in which university,course want to study whose degree having more value.if u can able to bear and live in dat atmosphere where u will be go.take full information about the course in India , in abroad there scope ,value in both countries and be satisfies from one person's suggestion contact with more experienced people take more information decide everything carefully bcoz Ur one decision may change Ur life it may facilitate to the higher altitudes or to depression.gud luck

higher studies is better abroad always than in india .You can have a good education abroad wchich helps when we return to india and use it here, but staying there can help you in earning more than you expect.

Abroad. You learn more than just "higher" studies - you learn that there are people who are not Indians and they have the same ideals too!

Depends on what you want to study and whether you can afford to have overseas education which is pretty expensive! But in India today there are world class institutions like the IIT!

It depends wht education you are looking for. for example if you wanna go for higher studies in the field of law then UK is the best choice, for technical programs in automobile engineering Germany is best and for Hospitality management programs Switzerland is considered as the best place to study. Even Indian studies is good as well but it is best for Information Technology and some of the management programs. For hospitality management in Switzerland - Being a Swiss education Counselor I can provide you some of he best colleges and Universities there.
