Yes, some institutions do have MCA course through correspondence . In India - IGNOU and Symbiosis conduct
MCA through correspondence . For other countries , you can search through Local Websites / Google.

In India you can do this through distance learning programs. IGNOU ( Indira Gandhi open University) provides a good MCA program. You have to attend classes over weekends.

in my view mca is more better than msc cs but go for a good college and from a good university which preferably help u in future.
