GPRS is packet data, and your mobile operator should be able to tell you what your settings should be; or they could just sms them to you. However, your settings look ok, except my Access Point Name is 'internet'. Go into 'Services' in your phone's menu, then press 'Options' and then select 'Settings'. Where it says 'Default access point', press 'Options' then 'Change'. When a list appears, select 'options' then 'edit'. Check if the settings you gave are in the correct fields. If not, change them or check with your operator.

For network type, either call your operator or go to Settings, then Connection, then GPRS. Go into GPRS Connection and choose 'When Available'. If your network is GPRS enabled, a 'G' will appear on your normal home screen.
