Yuck. I don't know about art in Adlerian therapy but I do know enough about Adlerians to think that I wouldn't want to be in group therapy under one. But that's just me.

Adler focuses on power in relationships, on who has power and who doesn't. It can be a good framework if the patient is suffering from being either very timid or very overbearing. But I would be cautious that in a group of people it might just devolve into a control game, unless the therapist was very good. Unfortunately too many Adlerians I have met are too much into wanting to be the ones in control.
