Last night, we went to my BFs union Christmas party. His aunt and uncle were there, and when we were saying hello to them, I leaned over to hug his aunt. I have very long hair, and somehow it became entangled in the edge of her eyeglasses while I was hugging her. When I stood up, her glasses came flying off her head and were dangling from my hair! It was SO embarassing at the time, but on the way home, we laughed like crazy about it.

I never realised just how dangerous long hair could be!
I sew for a living and I once caught my hair in the (industrial) sewing machine belt.
Pulled out a huge chunk and some flesh.
Hurt like hell and I had a headache for days!

I've got really long hair, too (past my waist), and I was working at a warehouse, affixing labels and scanning them. Well, the labels when through this glue roller, and I turned my head, and the roller caught the ends of my hair! Thank goodness I had it in a ponytail, because it rolled my hair up clear to the ponytail holder! Then I couldn't reach the off switch! I was FREAKING OUT! Thankfully, someone came over and shut it off. I had to wash my hair many, many times to get the glue out of it.

ha ha thats funny, can just picture the look on your face. I know of a friend who was with his girlfriend in his car up to no good, when police officers come over, his girl quickly tried to get up but her boyfriend has shut his zipper and her hair got caught, so the officers caught them in the act, he got off with a warning

I always get my hair stuck in my boyfriends ear ring. My sister when she was younger though got her hair stuck in a trampoline springs. She was trying to do tricks , she fell back on her back and got her hair caught, it pulled her hair out, when she bounced back up....Crazy

A "Whizzer". Remember those? I rubbed it along the floor, got it at a real good spin, picked it up, held it to my ear to listen to the hummmm, and it caught my long locks and wrapped the strands up real tight.

that's so funny
i'm a black guy so my hair doesn't necessarily get caught, I just put it in things like when painting a wall, I always bend down to put the roller in the tray and wind up with a strip in the middle of my head of whatever coloured paint. there was one time when i hit my forehead & it left a dent in the wall. it didn't even hurt.
that's how you know my mum's right when she calls me a thick head.
but who should i blame for that?

I have very long hair and I hate it when I roll it up in the car window. It's not weird but it's annoying.
