Why dont you frame and old picture of them together or get it redone with digital technology for a clearer picture. Its past dec 15 here though bake them a cake or something that will warm their heart

a surprise get together will do. try to contact their close friends, and relatives that they longed to see. You can ask their support to help you raise foods that you can share with. Its not important that you prepare an extravagant party. Im sure you will give the best gift that money cannot buy.
