Get this.. I just started a job two days ago temporary job, I work hard, don't say anything, just work hard and get the job done. Well there's this lady that is always making really smart comments to me, giving me dirty looks, and always trying to tell "how to" do it like Im stupid. I haven't said anything to her and don't know why she'd be acting like this. She says HI when we first come in but when we start work she gets nasty. How do I solve this rationally? I don't talk back to her, I just do my job. I don't want to start problems with anyone.

Your attitude to your work obviously frightens her and makes her worry about her future. You are probably more qualified than she is. It is a common problem with people who are not 100% confident of their position. She is probably reporting to her line manager on your capabilities and glorifying herself, saying that she has to keep repeating herself when giving you instructions. Seek out your line manager and ask him/her how you are doing. You may then be able to get in a remark about the problem......

Since it's only a temp job, you are handling this the only way possible. Especially if she is a regular employee. If this was a permanent job or if it was to get worse, I would speak to the supervisor and let him/her know what's going on.

Well, she's a freak that thinks she can treat people like ****. If it were me I would tell her very calmly and rationally that I do not appreciate her disrespect and that if it does not stop, i will go above her head to make it stop.
