He does wear a lot of eye liner and pluck his eyebrows... NOT. He's not gay, or maybe he hasn't come out of the closet yet. We have to ask Kishimoto to be 100% sure on that one.

I don't think he is either. other than the feminine eyes, he had a weird gay moment in naruto shippuden anime.his brother and sister mentioned he dancing with naruto for his wedding shirtless. He was shy, blushing, timid with a heart shape as his emblem he has on his forehead.. lol
