i'm 30 years old and through out my life i had lots of so called friends since elementary- college. now that i'm older i could just name a handfull. do you still have friends that can go way back to childhood, or you've moved on and all your friends are from work or just mariage life?

I still have a few. One thing I have learned is to keep in contact with them throughout the year, even if it is just through Christmas cards. E-mail is a miracle invention for keeping close to school chums, even if it is just a few times throughout the year.
One other thing I have noticed is that everyone changes, developes, has other priorities, etc., so I have to accept all of that in a school friend from many years ago.
I have to admit though: I also value friends who I met as adults, who know very little about my childhood -- a lot of that baggage is just not present in such friendships. It's like starting life anew. Sometimes school chums from our past expect us to be the same as when we were children.

i have friends from high school and elementary school that i reconnected with on the internet. it's fun, because i can be real with them in many ways, knowing we all come from the same very modest place. but on the other hand, there are little habits that are hard to break, so the relationships can only go so far. it's a bit weird, but it's fun for what it's worth.

Yes, I am 29 and I still maintain contact with a friend I've had since the 5th grade.

I'm in high school, but I still have a friend from elementry school. We e-mail each other once in a while.

In highschool u have extra reward considering ur older and mature now. In uncomplicated its not that undesirable considering u somewhat have homework and characteristic extra relaxing! In center college its a stability! I recommend it relies upon. Everybodies previous studies are diverse ceremony? nicely i dunno whats the superb! I dunt remorseful about some thing that befell interior the previous! So am sorry if i did waste ur time yet i'm hoping i'm getting 10 factors for the superb answer! thanks!

yes i am in 12Th grade and i still have a friend that i made in the third grade and we are best friends she is like my right hand man

i am 54. quite a few of my classmates have died. some moved away. i moved away a couple of times. i don't think i know anyone from school anymore.
